WHEN WE DELIVER

.We deliver every day of the week from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

WHEN YOU CAN ORDER

You can order over the phone between 11 a.m. and 9.30 p.m. and online whenever you like.

DELIVERY TIMES

You can ask for delivery as soon as possible (within 30 minutes) or arrange for a specific time or day.

ORDER

We only take orders over the phone for takeaway dishes and wines.

PICK UP

STAFF

Our staff are trained and up to date on new regulations and the need for the strictest hygienic measures (washing their hands more regularly than usual, not touching their faces and so on). All of them have protective equipment, masks and gloves.

SUPPLIER

We limit as far as possible the number of people from outside entering our staff areas and coming into contact with our staff. We have set specific hours for receiving ingredients, we avoid the need for delivery men to come out of their vans and we receive transport documents by e-mail.

FOOD

Cooking utensils and surfaces are disinfected regularly. We maintain a strict separation between raw and cooked ingredients to avoid cross contamination. The Covid virus is sensitive to high temperatures, so cooking ingredients properly (to at least 70°C in the centre) will ensure it is killed.

PACKAGING

Food for delivery is packaged in a suitable coordinator and given a label stating the product, its destination and the name of our restaurant. We use thermal containers for deliveries, to maintain storage temperatures in safety, and these are regularly cleaned.

DELIVERY

We keep the kitchen and the pick-up area for delivery men separate. When delivering we maintain the safety distance of at least one metre.

PAYMENT

When payment is made online, the food is delivered to the customer’s door and left to be picked up once the delivery man has left. When payment is made on delivery in cash or by card, the customer is asked to wear a mask when meeting the delivery man.
